Office Manager

Tania joined the Lindsay Park team in 2013. Love of horses is in her blood through her mum, uncles and her grandparents, who ran an agistment farm on the Mornington Peninsula. Tania worked for the Peppers Retreats and Resorts group on the Mornington Peninsula for over 10 years gaining experience in both front of house as their receptionist and in the back office supporting the Finance Team. She travelled interstate to audit properties in the NSW Hunter Valley, Southern Highlands, Blue Mountains and Queensland’s Scenic Rim. As the Peppers Hotel group expanded Tania was sent to set up office practices in new Peppers properties at Palm Bay resort on Whitsunday Island, Moonah Links Resort and the Mineral Springs Hotel at Daylesford. Her responsibilities at Lindsay Park include working with Work Cover to manage return to work claims, liaising with our Immigration Agent to arrange staff visas, decking the team out in uniforms, payroll processing and staff induction.
