Assistant General Manager
Sophie Steel, sister to Ben, Will, and JD Hayes, works with Lindsay Park in the role of Assistant General Manager. She focuses on Human Resources and broader business operations, while her brothers handle the training and daily management of the horses.
With a double degree in Business (Sports Management) and Exercise Science, Sophie started her career in talent management at TLA Worldwide before moving to Media and Public Relations Manager at Godolphin in Sydney.
Sophie oversees HR, strategic planning and administrative functions, ensuring a well-aligned and effective team. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her two young foals, both colts.
