Track Rider, Euroa

Lindsay Park Racing is seeking experienced Track riders to join the team at our main training complex at Euroa.
We are seeking passionate, experienced and reliable people who have the ability to work well within a team and individually to join one of the country’s leading stables riding the highest quality racehorses.

You will be required to ride track work six mornings per week and alternate Sundays to educate young and mature horses in full work, together with some stablehand duties.

This position attracts a generous and above Award rate of pay, which is commensurate with your skill set and experience, along with excellent working conditions, on-site accommodation and a staff canteen.

Lindsay Park Racing is seeking experienced horsemen/women to join the team at Lindsay Park Racing’s, Randwick Stables in Sydney.

Working for one of the country's leading race horse training operations, we seek dedicated, industry experienced and reliable individuals who can work both individually and within a team. Track riders will be required to ride both slow and fast timed track work.

These positions are available immediately to the right candidates and attract a generous and above award rate of pay, commensurate with your skill set and experience. Some flexibility with terms of employment which can be either Casual or Full Time.

HR Co-ordinator, Euroa Office

PPT - 30 hours per week
• Part Time (up to 30 hours per week)

Lindsay Park Racing, one of Australia's leading thoroughbred horse training operations, is seeking a highly motivated individual for a hands-on role with variety and responsibility.

This is a part time position where you will job share with another co-ordinator in a small, yet busy team in our Euroa Office.
Reporting to the company Human Resources Manager, your role is to support with the human resource function which includes the end to end recruitment process, induction, training & development, management reporting, licensing, performance management and staff accommodation. You will also be the first point of call for any day to day ongoing staffing & administration queries and requirements to ensure that the business maintains established principles of superior employment practice.

You will also be required to participate and assist with the weekly payroll cycle and take an active role in assisting with WorkCover & OH&S processes to ensure compliance, where required.

To be successful in this position we require:-
• Minimum of Cert IV or equivalent in Business Administration and/or Human Resources.
• OH & S Certificate (or at least some workplace training or awareness).
• Awareness in Return to Work Co-ordination
• Industry experience preferred, but not essential;
• Understanding of Aust. employment legislation, Awards and Agreements;
• Excellent communication skills, both written/computer literacy and verbal;
• Ability to prioritise work load and time management skills;
• Excellent attention to detail;
• Co-operative, responsible and scrupulous etiquette with proven interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills.
• Driver’s Licence.
